Direct Hire Wills Trusts and Estates Paralegal$60,000.00 to $85,000.00 per yearLocation: Grand Rapids, MichiganLHH is seeking resumes of experienced Wills, Trusts & Estates paralegals with a minimum of three years of experience. Candidates with significant estate planning experience will also be highly valued by our clients. These roles will help support the Trusts and Estates team of attorneys, paralegals, and fiduciary accountants in both law firm and corporate legal departments.QualificationsResponsible for all aspects of estate, trust and probate administration, including maintaining case files, court filings, asset gathering and transfers, and communications with investment advisors and trust companiesExperience in preparing probate documentsExcellent organizational skills, communication skills, the ability to maintain a proactive approach to successfully manage multiple deadlines and priorities, and the ability to conform to established operating procedures, and attention to detail are essentialBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
