~ Hourly Rate: $59.18/hour

Provide expert care to high-acuity ICU patients across SICU, NCCU, MICU, Cardiology, and CVICU units
Monitor and respond to complex clinical situations in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Assist with patient assessment, medication administration, and life support procedures
Ensure safety and comfort for critically ill patients by maintaining proper documentation and adherence to protocols
Support high-level clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and mentorship of newer staff
Adapt to changing assignments and patient needs across diverse ICU settings
What You Need
Required:
Valid nursing license in Ohio (or eligible for reciprocity)
Previous ICU experience (preferred)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
Certification in critical care nursing (e.g., CCRN)
Ability to adapt seamlessly between units and patient acuity levels
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
