Help us build a high-energy society by making the cleanest, safest form of baseload energy the most affordable.About the RoleAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality hiring process and seamless candidate experience. You will manage interview logistics, onsite interviews, and general support of recruiting and hiring teams. You will also have the opportunity to support university recruiting initiatives, sourcing efforts, and more. ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate a high volume of phone, virtual and onsite interviews, including travel coordination, with efficiency and accuracy.Coordinate candidate travel and process candidate reimbursements for travel and related expenses.Manage onsite candidate visits to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience.Assist recruiting team in various tasks, including applicant tracking system maintenance, process improvement projects, university recruiting coordination, and sourcing.Support People and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiting coordination in lieu of a degree.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) tools.Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers.Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.Additional RequirementsAbility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.This position is based in Los Angeles, and requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered.employment with General Matter is governed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications and will not be influenced in any manner by race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability or any other legally protected status.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $28.00-$40.00 hourly. Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
