We’re seeking a high-caliber Full Charge Bookkeeperto join our rapidly growing team of talented professionals. This rare opportunity has opened due to company growth. We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented bookkeeping professional to join our dedicated team.
Role Overview: General Bookkeeping / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Sales Profitability Auditing / Billing Discrepancy Analysis
Processing Credits and Returns
Interface with Vendors for New Accounts and Ongoing Maintenance
Bank Deposits and activity
Credit Card Batch Deposits and Reconciliation
Inventory Adjustments
Light General Office Management / Ordering Supplies
Oversee & Maintain Filing Systems
Working with CEO on long term projects
What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3–5 years of Full Charge Bookkeeping (required)
Strong QuickBooks Desktop proficiency (preferably Enterprise version)
Ability to investigate any discrepancies and efficiently solve problems and draw conclusions.
Fast typing and data entry (Min 60+ WPM)
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and professional integrity
Tools You’ll Use: completetile.com – integrated e-commerce platform with national reach
Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, Teams
Credit Card Processor Panels – for batch payments, capturing authorizations and refunds
