This role is responsible for preparing high-quality meals for members and guests in a fast-paced, upscale environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to maintaining the club's high standards of excellence in food preparation and presentation.Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.Support special events, banquets, and private functions as needed.Take direction from chefs and kitchen leadership, and be willing to learn and grow.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.1–3 years of line cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, or club setting.Strong understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety.Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage.Meals provided during shifts.Ability to play golf per company policy.Opportunities for advancement within the culinary team.Health and retirement benefits (if full-time).Join a team where your culinary skills help create exceptional experiences for our members.
