General Purpose of the Job Responsible for overall administration of assigned residences, including regulation compliance, staff supervision & training, monitoring of budgets and physical plant issues, and ensure quality of care for the individuals served.

Supervise financial component.

Weekly supervision of managers/assistant managers.

Manage subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Residential Program-Managers, Social Workers; Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
