You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including social workers, nurses, and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care for all clients.

Provide individualized and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant methodologies. \Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with facility guidelines and state regulations. \Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills in counseling and therapy. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse group of clients who may experience a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele often includes individuals and families with limited access to mental health services, highlighting the essential nature of your work. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. \Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona. \Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable. \Experience working with underrepresented populations or in community health settings is a plus. \Our administrative support team is dedicated to assisting you with billing and documentation, allowing you more time to focus on what you do best – providing exceptional care to your clients.
