The Administrative Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA. This position oversees daily administrative and operational activities, including managing member records, organizing schedules and calendars, and coordinating program logistics. The role includes maintaining office systems, handling email and phone inquiries, and supporting staff with documentation, reporting, and communication needs. The Administrative Operations Manager helps streamline processes, supports budgeting and purchasing, and ensures compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Demonstrated administrative and operations experience, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and office management.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Comfort working in a community setting that serves neurodivergent young adults; Proficiency with common office software and tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email platforms, shared calendars, databases).

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Ability to work on-site in Boston, MA, including occasional evening or weekend hours as program needs require.
