People Experience Advisor (HR Generalist)

The People Experience Advisor (HR Generalist) is an essential member of our People Experience (HR) department. They will have a wide range of human resources duties as it relates to policies, processes, procedures, and programs. They will be looked upon to provide great customer service, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in the dealings they have with team members and candidates.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: 1575 Van Buren Road, Easton PA 18045

This person is curious, team-oriented, always thinking about process improvements and will role up their sleeves to get the job done. Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, investigations, and the employee lifecycle in a high-volume environment.

Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and consultative skills with employees and leaders at all levels.

Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, resourceful, and customer-service-oriented mindset.

Professionalism and integrity when handling confidential information and sensitive workplace matters.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred

Previous experience supporting Warehousing and Logistics operations

Must have 12+ months experience as a HR Generalist, supporting high volumes of employees

Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Partner with leaders and employees to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, investigations, and other employment matters.

Support compliance with company policies and employment laws through audits, documentation management, reporting, and HR process administration.

Support performance management initiatives by tracking review cycles, communicating key milestones, and partnering with leadership on employee development activities.

Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Contribute to People Experience programs, process improvements, and special projects that support business objectives and employee engagement.
