The AMS, Sales Operations Manager will be an experienced, high‐energy, and positive team player with well‐developed organizational and project‐management skills. You will use sound judgment in applying general business principles and demonstrate initiative in carrying out duties in support of Commvault's field sales and systems engineering teams across the AMS theatre of operations. Position Responsibilities Working directly with Senior Sales Leaders you will provide operations support in the following key areas: Fiscal planning Variable compensation Reporting; Business Insights and analysis Forecasting and Pipeline analytics Validation of Salesforce (SFDC) data; crediting, territory assignments, opportunity record types Review and validation of monthly variable compensation data Provide analysis of data, make recommendations for improvement and assist in compliance for the following: Budget Pipeline Forecast Performance Specific Product Lines The responsibilities noted above are not exhaustive.
