Our team is committed to excellence and strives to exceed expectations in every cleaning task.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Janitorial Operations Manager to lead and support cleaning operations across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, governmental, aviation, and healthcare environments. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on client satisfaction, operational excellence, safety, and financial performance.The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on people leader who can effectively manage supervisors and managers, build strong client relationships, and ensure consistent service quality across multiple sites.
