Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations

Implement Effective Interventions: Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance clients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily life tasks

Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside OTs, PTs, SLPs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of patient health

Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide training for patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods that support ongoing improvement

Monitor Progress and Outcomes: Document clinical results and make necessary adjustments to ensure patients remain on track

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required

A genuine passion for improving the independence and quality of life for all patients

Strong and empathetic communication skills with both patients and colleagues
