Front Desk Receptionist FULL TIME - IMMEDIATE START

Job Description Peña Eye Institute (PEI)-McAllen with a satellite office in Harlingen is looking to fill a full time position with an enthusiastic, engaging and bright front desk team member to work at our multi-faceted medical facility. You should be able to multi-task, move quickly through your duties all the while smiling in a sometimes-fast paced medical environment. Initiating outstanding customer service to all patients including warmly greeting patients, scheduling and confirming patient appointments using a multi-line phone, performing data entry into an electronic medical system with on-the-job training.
Responds to patient issues and provides immediate conflict resolution.
