Experience leading teams that support patient access or reimbursement services

Proven ability to manage KPIs, quality, productivity, and customer experience

Experience coaching leaders and holding performance discussions

Experience managing end-to-end patient or member cases

Understanding of case aging, escalation management, and follow-up processes

Experience balancing productivity with quality and patient outcomes

PBM, Specialty Pharmacy, Health Plan, Prior Authorization, Benefits Verification, Patient Support Program, Care Coordination, or Case Management operations

HIPAA and compliance awareness

Must have at least 6 months experience in benefits verification and or case management

Flexible to work Monday-Friday and any 8 hours between 8:00AM-8:00PM EST

Must have time management skills, prioritize tasks and multi-task. Client ratio is 1:25, so ability to manage larger sized team

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High level of expertise in company and client policies, tools, applications, and practices.

Experience with creating or compiling reports using various sources of data.

Strong team building and leadership skills focused on production-oriented goals.

Able to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment.
