Receptionist
We're hiring a Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities, greet visitors, and handle phone and email inquiries. This role is the first point of contact for the company and requires professionalism, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments
Answer and route phone calls in a professional manner
Respond to emails and maintain front desk organization
Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of receptionist or front office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Average Pay Rate: $18 $20 / Hour
