Human Resources Recruiter (Temp)

Recruitment Specialist
Location: Seattle, WA OR Arlington, VA
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $ 35 - $ 50/hr (Based on years of experience)
Must haves:
Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience.
Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skills (will be tested in the interview).
Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and
ATS
systems.High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting.
