Evara Health Institute is the education and training arm of Evara Health, dedicated to developing a skilled, compassionate, and community-focused healthcare workforce. Through innovative programs, hands-on clinical experiences, and strong industry partnerships, we prepare students to thrive in today's healthcare environment while advancing health equity across the communities we serve. Oversee data entry in SIS/LMS, including enrollment, attendance, grades, SAP, and student status updates.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Admissions, Academics, and Student Services.
Maintain data integrity and prepare documentation for accreditation reviews, audits, and site visits.
Track student progress, verify graduation eligibility, and issue transcripts, diplomas, and completion documents.
Administrative Coordination
Process record requests, coordinate surveys, and support institutional reporting requirements.
Maintain operational documentation, assist with basic campus logistics, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Shift Schedule:
~ Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm OR 10:00am to 7:00pm

Bachelor's degree in administration or related field preferred

• High School diploma required
• 2+ years of experience in registrar services, student records, or administration
