Accounting Book Keeper Remote Job

Job Description We are a growing public accounting firm seeking an experienced, detail-oriented bookkeeper to work in our CAS practice, preparing financial statements for our business clients and integrating with our tax team. The successful candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, a solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts accurately and efficiently. Prepare accurate monthly tax-basis financial statements for multiple clients in Quickbooks Online and Desktop versions
Review, classify, and post client transactions to the appropriate general ledger accounts
Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and post payroll journal entries
Communicate with clients to obtain records and resolve bookkeeping questions
Meet monthly reporting deadlines while managing multiple client accounts
Onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangements
