Job Responsibilities

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies to assist them in accomplishing their functional objectives.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks.
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
Teach Patients and Caregivers: Educate both patients and their families on therapy methods to ensure ongoing progress and support outside of sessions.
Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to maintain effectiveness.
Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.
Certifications
Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
