HR Generalist Recruitment & Administration
Nidec Corporation
Nidec Corporation in Eden Prairie, MN seeks an HR Generalist to perform full cycle recruiting, employee relations, leave administration, and HRIS management. You will support onboarding, ensure compliant processes, and collaborate with the Recruiting team and managers to deliver top talent and strong employee relations.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant HR experience, with Workday experience preferred.
