Overtime is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our People Team! You’ll own hiring across Overtime, with a focus on Content, Social Media, Sales, and Marketing
Build and manage diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines across all departments using job postings, social platforms, events, and direct outreach
Develop talent communities across social media where our audience lives, to engage directly with content creators and talent
Own end-to-end recruiting; Partner with hiring managers to build comprehensive hiring plans, facilitate decision-making and keep things moving without sacrificing quality
Treat every talent interaction as a brand moment
Shape how Overtime shows up as an employer externally
Track and report on key pipeline metrics and use that data to improve how you hire
Evaluate and integrate AI tools into your workflow to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and pipeline visibility
Partner with the People team on comp benchmarking,pay equity analysis and offer strategy
