Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their personal goals and preferences.
Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address client needs effectively.
Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines in documentation and practice.
Advocate for clients' mental health needs and challenge the stigma associated with mental health issues.
Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing homelessness, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse. Qualifications Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
