Key Responsibilities\n \n Monitor clients’ progress by regularly assessing their situations through follow-up sessions to ensure therapeutic improvement. \n Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in their healing journey. \n Actively engage in team meetings, contributing to the development and refinement of treatment plans, facilitating a collaborative approach to client care. \n Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth, ensuring tailored treatment strategies. \n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing evaluations. \n Use therapeutic modalities depending on client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other relevant frameworks. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The primary focus of this role will be to serve individuals facing challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders. You will work closely with diverse client backgrounds, emphasizing culturally informed care and sensitivity to their unique experiences. Your efforts will play a crucial role in developing resilience and fostering healthier relationships among clients and their families. Qualifications\n \n A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n Must hold a current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, ensuring it is not under suspension or probation. \n At least two years of experience in a leadership role within an outpatient setting is essential. \n Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of creating a calming and supportive therapeutic environment. \n Excellent interpersonal abilities to establish trust with clients and collaborate effectively with team members. \n Preferred Experience\n \n While not mandatory, training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly desirable to enhance therapeutic approaches. \n Experience in using diagnostic tools and methodologies to assess patient needs and inform treatment strategies. \n Proficiency in electronic health record systems for documentation and client management purposes. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Your dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
