Work Environment In this remote work setting, you will engage with clients using teletherapy to deliver impactful mental health services. Key Responsibilities Provide telehealth mental health services, offering counseling and psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of your clients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies in collaboration with licensed professionals and multidisciplinary teams. Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic assessments to accurately understand clients' needs and develop effective treatment pathways. Monitor client behaviors through established behavior management techniques, ensuring continuous evaluation of progress and adjustment of strategies as needed. Offer support, skills training, and resources to families to enhance their children's emotional and psychological development. Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients achieve their treatment goals. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. The population you serve includes those facing anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and other emotional struggles. Your role is crucial in promoting healing and encouraging positive relational dynamics through skilled therapeutic interventions. Qualifications Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A minimum of three years of clinical experience working with diverse populations within an outpatient setting. Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy and familiarity with other therapeutic techniques, including family systems therapy. Strong ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and create tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Preferred Experience Experience providing therapy in remote settings or through telehealth platforms. Familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities beyond cognitive behavioral therapy. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
