Work Environment\n This position offers a full-time remote work setting, giving you the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will manage your own schedule while collaborating with our dedicated team through online consultations and weekly meetings. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with potential opportunities for telehealth services outside of standard hours. Key Responsibilities\n \n Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients in a friendly and supportive telehealth environment. \n Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand client needs and challenges effectively. \n Develop tailored treatment plans that are collaborative, goal-oriented, and sensitive to the individual cultural backgrounds of clients. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches to foster client growth and recovery. \n Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and our internal policies, ensuring compliance and ethical practice. \n Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and weekly case consultations to enhance clinical care and share best practices. \n Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities offered by LumaMind Therapy to advance your skills and clinical competencies. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n At LumaMind, our diverse client population consists of individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n \n Must hold an active LMFT license in the state of Nevada, or be license-eligible within 90 days of applying. \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution is required. \n Demonstrated clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting is essential, with proven ability to adapt to diverse client needs. \n Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing culturally competent and ethical care to clients and their families are crucial. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Two years of relevant professional experience in a mental health environment, ideally with a focus on family dynamics and relationship therapy. \n Expertise in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, along with the flexibility to adapt methods to meet client needs. \n Compensation and Benefits\n LumaMind Therapy offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, complemented by comprehensive benefits packages that include health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.
