Temporary Senior Paralegal

The Paralegal will support Enterprise Procurement and Legal teams within a large corporate environment, playing a critical role in contract review, remediation, drafting support, and contract lifecycle management. This position is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and has extensive experience partnering with legal, procurement, compliance, and business stakeholders. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-volume contracting activities that directly impact organizational operations and strategic initiatives.
Assist with drafting amendments, notices, summaries, and standardized contract templates.
Support contract remediation and repapering projects across the organization.
Monitor contract milestones, key dates, obligations, and approval workflows to ensure timely action and compliance.
Coordinate contract execution activities between legal, procurement, and business stakeholders.
Maintain contract records, documentation, and repositories within contract management systems.
Support contract intake, routing, execution, and ongoing contract lifecycle management processes.
Identify non-standard contract terms and escalate potential legal risks to attorneys as appropriate.
Organize and manage large volumes of contract documentation to support efficient access and oversight.
10+ years of experience in paralegal work, contract management, legal operations, or a closely related field.

• Strong knowledge of commercial contracting processes and contract lifecycle management.
• Proven experience reviewing, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of contract documentation.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business partners, including legal, procurement, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with contract management practices and documentation control.

Banking or financial services contract experience.
Partnering with corporate legal departments, procurement teams, or sourcing organizations.
Experience supporting contract remediation, repapering, amendments, renewals, and compliance initiatives.
Experience maintaining contract repositories and tracking contractual obligations.
Knowledge of contract management systems and document management platforms.

The position requires working in the office 3-4 days per week, offering regular in-person interaction with legal, procurement, compliance, and business teams. This is a Contract position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
