Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Position Overview Ability Rehab PT is seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team at our Rehabilitation Center located in beautiful Front Royal, Virginia. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Front Royal, a picturesque town surrounded by nature and offering a rich blend of outdoor activities and community spirit. You will be working alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals in a setting designed to enhance the patient experience and facilitate recovery through innovative therapy interventions.

Conduct comprehensive evaluation services, which include reviewing patient history, performing specific assessments, and making informed treatment recommendations based on collected data.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, including timely documentation of any changes in the plan of care.

Manage patient discharge planning efficiently, ensuring that follow-up care aligns with established goals and patient needs. Exhibit strong time management skills, meeting productivity expectations while remaining punctual in all professional duties, including meetings and community engagement activities.

Participate in departmental strategy sessions to help achieve organizational goals, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Engage in continual learning and skill advancement, serving as a clinical instructor for students while pursuing professional growth opportunities.

Promote excellent customer service by being responsive to patient needs and actively participating in initiatives designed to enhance access to care.

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and rehabilitating chronic conditions. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in physical therapy to help improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life for a diverse patient demographic, ranging from athletes to seniors.

Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Current licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) as issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in physical therapy, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.

Current CPR certification and a commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.
