Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Concentra, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patients' needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment strategies for various patients with conditions including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports-related disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about injury prevention, exercises, and the rehabilitation process to promote a healthier lifestyle.
• Track patient progress towards goals and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service in every interaction, to enhance patients' overall experience within our center.
• Meet and exceed minimum utilization goals while adhering to all relevant regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass a wide range of patients from various backgrounds and age groups, including:

• Individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries.
• Children requiring specialized rehabilitation services.
• Patients with chronic conditions such as arthritis or back pain.
• Athletes seeking to return to play after sports-related injuries.
• Neurological patients with conditions such as stroke or multiple sclerosis.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid state license to practice.
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by APTA or CAPTE.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient word processing and computer skills.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy is required, candidates with experience in outpatient settings, knowledge of evidence-based practice, and continued education in specialized treatments will be highly favored.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
