Work Environment

Situated in Front Royal, Virginia, our clinic is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and resources to support your practice. The work schedule is from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing for a stable work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and develop customized treatment plans to address their unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques and exercise programs to enhance patients' mobility and functionality.
• Monitor and document patients' progress using electronic medical record (EMR) software such as Web PT with accuracy and efficiency.
• Educate patients on exercises and strategies for pain management, and promote wellness and healthy lifestyles.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including orthopedic specialists and rehabilitation professionals, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide support and encouragement to patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering motivation and resilience.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as needed based on patient feedback and clinical observations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic works primarily with outpatient individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and age-related mobility challenges. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• A clean practice record with no history of sanctions or board proceedings is mandatory.
• Proficiency in multiple manual therapy techniques and a robust understanding of rehabilitation principles is required.
• Excellent skills in creating personalized and effective exercise programs that meet the needs of various patient populations are essential.
• Experience using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to ensure precise documentation and patient tracking.
• A commitment to remaining current with ongoing developments and best practices in the field of physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
