Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to establish the physical therapy needs of patients referred by physicians, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their medical history and current condition.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• A current CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by proficient computer and word processing abilities.
