Work Environment

This position is located onsite in our outpatient office in Front Royal, Virginia, characterized by a welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes patient-centered care. Our facility is equipped with modern therapeutic tools and technologies aimed at providing comprehensive rehabilitation services. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, comprising a 40-hour workweek, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while ensuring dedicated attention to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing customized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices.
• Implement treatment programs that address a variety of patient needs, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting while maintaining excellent customer service standards and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform treatment decisions.
• Educationally empower patients and their caregivers through consultations and training, promoting adherence to therapeutic regimes.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and engage in proactive efforts to enhance the overall business objectives of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes a diverse range of individuals, from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients rehabilitating from surgeries. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state License in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trusting relationships with patients and families for optimal engagement and adherence to treatment plans.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex medical information in a relatable manner.
• Proficient in computer systems and word processing to document patient care and manage administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a specific focus on outpatient therapy is preferred. Experience with patient populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, or those with chronic conditions will be highly advantageous. Candidates who have demonstrated success in achieving clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction will be prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
