Compensation up to $95,000 salary plus significant Monthly Bonus plus Full Benefit Package

It is a 24/7/365 operation where you’ll be at the helm of critical tasks, leading a team in a fast‑paced environment where every day brings new challenges. Motivate and manage a team of 45‑50 drivers, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations.
Strategic Planning: Oversee scheduling, KPI management, budget planning, and talent development.
Customer Relations: Safety First: Lead with a commitment to safety, ensuring compliance and reporting for timely issue resolution.
Team Building: Develop and maintain a reliable team of drivers dedicated to excellence.
Basic computer and mobile technology skills are essential.
Financial Acumen: P&L knowledge is a must.
A track record of building successful teams and advocating for drivers.
Minimum 2+ years of management experience (preferably in airline/airport or transportation) and 3+ years in the transportation industry.
Demonstrated experience in safety management and fostering a safety‑first culture.
Experience in training and coaching is preferred.
Flexible: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Competitive Salary – Up to $95,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Plus 25% Monthly Bonus opportunity. Happy to discuss your salary target.
