Full-Time Bookkeeper (Accounting)

A well‑established and respected local company in Sharonville, OH is seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join its team. Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Enter and maintain accurate financial records and invoices

Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts

Handle customer payments, collections, and vendor payments

Assist with payroll processing and related recordkeeping

Prepare financial reports and support month‑end closing activities

Maintain organized accounting files and documentation

Work closely with leadership and external accounting partners

Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliations

Payroll experience is a plus

Software Experience

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Word
