Head of Project Management (Construction)

Role: Project Manager

The organization is a well-established woman-owned construction firm serving the greater St. Founded in 2005 the company provides general contracting construction management and design-build services across commercial industrial healthcare higher education multifamily senior living and agricultural projects. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality projects with a strong focus on safety sustainability innovation cost management and collaborative project execution.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The PM will serve as the key link between clients vendors subcontractors and field teams while ensuring safety quality budgets and project timelines remain on track.

Develop and manage bid/estimate processes.

Review project scopes and qualify bids.

Create and maintain project schedules.

Construction

Partner with Superintendents on quality control safety and scheduling.

Post-Construction

Collect and organize closeout documents and warranty information.

Coordinate facility training sessions.

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field preferred.

• 5 years of successful Project Management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working with a General Contractor.
• Commercial construction project management experience.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore .
