This role is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and reporting.

Manage and oversee the company's tax planning, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws.
Review and file federal and state income tax returns, prepare and review tax forecasts and estimates.
Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
Identify and mitigate tax risks.
Coordinate accounting staff and manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
Manage and coordinate tax audits.
Prepare all tax papers on regular basis and handle all information data requests.
Keep abreast of current developments in the tax area.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax manager or public accountant role.
In-depth knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
Knowledge of tax software and MS Office.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
