Human Resources Generalist, Payroll and Recruitment

Arrow Finishing is looking for someone who already understands HR, enjoys supporting people, and can step in with confidence into our People & Culture Department. You’ll work closely with our P&C Manager and play an important role in recruiting, payroll, onboarding, and day-to-day People & Culture operations during a period of growth. Lead recruiting from posting through onboarding

Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews

Support payroll readiness through audits, reports, and employee changes

Maintain HR records and HRIS information

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

3+ years of experience working in Human Resources

2+ years of payroll experience preferred

2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
