Production Laborer - Temp

Production Associate
Operate and monitor automated production lines in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. Responsibilities include loading materials, tracking quality, troubleshooting minor issues, and moving product with cranes and forklifts while meeting strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Stage and load raw materials into automated lines
Set up and monitor machines using spec sheets and HMI screens
Perform basic troubleshooting during operation
Conduct in-process quality checks and document results
Move finished products using overhead crane; operate forklift as needed
Inspect, measure, and package finished goods
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and communicate updates
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts (2/2/3 schedule)
Comfortable with heights and industrial equipment
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read work instructions and work independently
Preferred
Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
Forklift experience/certification
Experience with inspections, hand tools, or troubleshooting

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.11 - $23.61/hr.
