Having established ourselves as the market leader in Australia, we're now investing heavily in North America with an ambitious goal: to become the leading care management platform across the United States and Canada.
We're looking for an ambitious, outbound-focused Sales Development Representative to generate new business across our North American market.
Based remotely in Vancouver, you'll primarily target organisations in California, while also supporting opportunities across Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Colorado in the US and BC, Alberta and Ontario in CA. You'll work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to build pipeline and qualify opportunities.
Prospect new customers through phone, email and LinkedIn .
Generate qualified meetings for the SMB Account Executive team.
Qualify inbound leads against our Ideal Customer Profile.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in HubSpot .
Become an expert in ShiftCare's platform and North American healthcare market.
Consistently exceed activity, pipeline and meeting targets.

Our customers are looking for simple, modern software that helps manage scheduling, EVV, authorisations and billing, without the complexity of a clinical EMR.
2+ years in an SDR or BDR role.

• Proven success in outbound SaaS sales.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• A coachable mindset and desire to grow your sales career.
