Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean, and Europe. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 160 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership's fuel distribution operations, which distribute over 15 billion gallons annually to approximately 11,000 Sunoco and partner-branded retail locations, as well as independent dealers and commercial customers.

This position owns the full trade lifecycle, from customer engagement through execution, while contributing to commercial strategy and supporting growth initiatives across the business.

Act as a primary commercial interface for spot and contract bunker trading activity

Manage daily market pricing, quoting, and commercial negotiations with customers

Analyze market trends, port conditions, and pricing dynamics to inform trading decisions

Monitor and manage trade exposures including credit limits, prepayments, and margin risk

Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Credit, and Finance teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and issue resolution

Deliver revenue and margin growth aligned with commercial strategy

Expand customer wallet share and improve retention across assigned account

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Maritime or related discipline

Minimum 2+ years of experience in bunker trading or marine fuels commercial sector

Strong understanding of marine fuel markets, supply chains, and pricing structures

Familiarity with marine fuel specifications

Working knowledge of port operations and logistical constraints

Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities

Experience using maritime intelligence tools such as MarineTraffic and SeaSearcher

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, real-time trading environment

Usually, normal office working conditions.

Ability to travel 50 - 75% of the time with overnight stays required.

Complete all travel and expense related reports.

Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
