About the job Labor and Employment Attorney Our client is a distinguished law firm seeking a dedicated Labor and Employment Attorney to join their Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel to public sector and private clients regarding employment and traditional labor matters.

Handle a heavy volume of transactional labor and employment work.

Conduct high-level legal research, writing, and analysis.

Assist in employment litigation matters.

Qualifications Experience: 3–8 years of experience in labor and employment transactional law.

from an ABA-accredited law school.

Experience dealing with public law work (e.g., from boutique firms, Am Law, or City Attorney’s offices).

Skills: Exceptional writing, research, and analytical capabilities.

Flexibility: High flexibility with Remote or Hybrid options (90-95% of teams work remotely).

Compensation: $140k–$220k base salary (commensurate with experience) + Annual performance-based bonuses + Billable hour bonuses.
