This position assists the front office in any daily duties that need to be completed.

Effectively and seriously deal with guest complaints

Have full knowledge of computer system to effectively check-in and check-out guests on a timely basis. Have thorough knowledge of Stein Eriksen Lodge facilities, amenities, departments, and managers

Perform a variety of clerical and office duties, which may be assumed by one FDA or divided among several FDAs according to the work load. This includes counting and verifying cash drawer and deposit, posting and balancing charges, verifying credit, completing bucket check, setting up arrivals, properly processing VIPs, and blocking special requests. Serves as information agent for Hotel guests and handles their needs or directs information to satisfy their needs. Stein Collection Offers:
