Trademark Paralegal

As a Trademark Paralegal, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals working directly with attorneys and clients to support Banner Witcoff's IP practice. We work as individuals, as team members, and as part of a growing and innovative law firm. We are seeking a full-time Trademark Paralegal to join our firm and become an integral part of our team.
TM applications and handle all filings and reporting through registration as well as U.Request and oversee foreign filings and reporting through registration
Handle domain name registrations and renewals
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google's G Suite Platforms
From time to time, the employee may be required to perform other duties in support of the operation of the office, as requested by his/her supervisor or manager.
