We offer flexible full-time and part-time positions, with the option to create a schedule that fits your life—including hybrid work opportunities that blend in-person and remote telehealth services.Your Role As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Testing/Assessment Specialist, you will:Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, based on client needs and clinical necessityAssessment-only focus — no therapy caseloadIntegrate findings across psychiatric, medical, psychological, and behavioral domains to develop client-focused clinical formulationsProduce high-quality, integrative reports that include:Diagnostic clarityFunctional insightsStrategic treatment recommendationsProvide detailed psychological evaluation reports, summarizing findings and offering recommendations for treatment and enhancement of functioning and quality of life using evidence-based approachesPresent the findings of psychological testing to clients, families, and other professionals in a clear and understandable mannerMaintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, psychological reports, and testing records/dataCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and therapists, to ensure continuity and quality of careUphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clientsWhat You'll Need:Doctoral degree in Psychology and/or a related field (PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology preferred)Active Minnesota Psychologist License - additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus!Clinicians grounded in diversity-informed and culturally responsive care, equipped to work effectively with a broad spectrum of ages and populations.What We Offer:Flexible schedules—including hybrid options with both in-person and remote work—to support a healthy integration of your professional and personal life.Health, dental, and vision insurance (Medica, Delta Dental, EyeMed).
