Talent Sourcer (Part-Time) REMOTE
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing recruitment team, the part-time Junior Talent Sourcer will focus on sourcing and pipelining candidates for technical positions, particularly in hardware engineering, while working remotely with occasional in-office presence in San Ramon, CA.
Key responsibilities
Sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles such as Manufacturing Engineer and Hardware Engineer
Developing search requirements and managing active and passive candidate sourcing
Maintaining candidate records and tracking pipelines in hiring tools
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical fields related to hardware or semiconductor industries
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets, and ATS
