Corporate Development Manager

Intapp is seeking a high energy and innovative professional to join our Corporate Development team. The Senior Manager will join a small, collaborative group focused on the origination, execution and integration of M&A. Drive an end-to-end M&A process including developing inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, deal negotiations and integration

Conduct in-depth quantitative financial and valuation analyses to assess M&A opportunities

Support deal sourcing and pipeline management

7+ years in Corporate Development, Private Equity or Investment Banking

• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation (public & private), and synergy analysis
• Experience in transaction document negotiation and integration a plus
