We are working with a respected nonprofit trade association in the Washington, DC area in search of a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization in a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

A nonprofit trade association in Washington, DC is looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide day-to-day support across HR functions. The ideal candidate brings prior HR experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can hit the ground running with minimal oversight.

Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and external parties, delivering prompt and accurate responses
Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying and engaging candidates across multiple sourcing channels
Partner with people managers to facilitate performance review cycles and ongoing employee development conversations
2–3+ years of hands-on experience in a human resources capacity

• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience utilizing Workday and ADP Workforce now highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks with limited supervision
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
