Human Resources Generalist - Warehouse

Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to meet staffing needs for warehouse operations.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives.
Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
Required skills
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talents.
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, and sound logical reasoning skills.
