HR Generalist - Nightshift

Location: KAO HR Exeter
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., is looking to hire an HR Coordinator in our Exeter, PA location. In this role, you’ll be part of a team that drives a high-performing workplace by delivering daily HR support and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Coordinator position would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and is looking to build a long-term career within Human Resources.

Support employees and managers with HR-related inquiries.

Serve as contact for HR related inquiries and answer questions regarding benefits, payroll, and HR policies and procedures.

Work with a third-party administrator (TPA) regarding unemployment claims.

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.

Complete wage statements for Workers’ Compensation claims.

Assist HR Manager with special projects.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, applicable laws and regulations, and conduct audits.

Utilizing reporting systems to produce documents and reports.

1+ years of HR experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar background.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Prior Workday, UKG, ADP a plus

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.

Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.

Decisions impact the management and operations within a department or business unit. sets personal goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.

Work is primarily sedentary: you must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse.

Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
