This is a permanent on‑site position for a Permanent Mortgage Loan Processor at a top 5 home builder. The company offers competitive compensation, benefits, stock options, and home‑purchase discounts.

The position is permanent and onsite, with room for growth. however, at least 2 years of experience handling mortgage loan files and closing paperwork is preferred.
Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to obtain additional information and clarify discrepancies.
Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and compliant with company policy.
Update and verify data in the loan processing system as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with all internal and external customers.
Keep up to date on mortgage industry trends, developments, regulations, and laws.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or a related role in the mortgage industry.
Knowledge of mortgage loan products, loan documents, and closing paperwork.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain strong relationships.
Proficiency in mortgage loan processing software and related computer applications.
