Head of Project Management

In support of the Company’s primary and single most important objective which is TO GET AND KEEP PROFITABLE CUSTOMERS , this individual is responsible to select and manage vendors and procure materials and services. Working safely and meeting all environmental standards of customer, OSHA, and employer
Expedite the shipment and receipt of all goods, parts, and supplies to meet the needs of the customer, vendor and the company.
Serve as Project Manager on projects including:

Departmental liaison (Operations / Engineering / Fabrication)
Review and understand customer contracts
Monitor and maintain accurate material usage and project allocation
Project information / document management:
Maintain SAGE100 computer system:
Parts usage
Oversee and facilitate materials expediting
QA/QC oversight, monitoring and inspection management
Participate in meetings and special projects as required
Standard office environment

High School Diploma or GED required and 5 years related service
Mechanical knowledge / experience helpful including piping and process
Good computer skills – demonstrate computer competency
Willingness to occasionally travel / clean license
